Just because they CAN produce 15000 bopd year end doesn't mean they will.
Choke it back, pay less tax and spread the earnings over time.
Ppl had a cry about the lower production numbers this 1/4. Maybe it was a calculated financial decision?
There will always be a sweet spot..
