now why should everyone pay the same amount of tax when everyone earns vastly different sums due to a heavily flawed system? Doesn't make sense. We already have several technically unfair regressive taxes like gst which you pointed out, not to mention fines. Do u think if scomo gets a speeding fine that it hurts him financially as much as someone on minimum wage?
