property investing has the same entry requirement as any other investment. It requires capital. The difference is, you obviously don’t want to do the hard work to save the capital required

I have no issue with someone making money trading shares. That's something that gives equal opportunity to people to invest.(well, to an extent, institutions and inside investors excepted), unlike getting an advertised job which is a very flawed system. If anything, I have an issue with the fact that you do have to pay cgt if you make a profit in contrast to someone who sells their house for a profit who doesn't have to pay a cent in cgt. I also have issue with the fact that if u do make a loss trading, you can write it off against your profits but can't do the same with losses from gambling (which imo is the same thing)
