    I would be more concerned directors other than the Mr Brazil who bought all of of Franks options hold no stock in MHM

    I checked out the Chairman and his background is to own stock in companies he is involved in , I note he has been buying up in BCT (Blue chip) the other listed company he is chair of .

    The fact the , the other newly appointed non exec director or the newly appointed CEO own no MHM would be more of a concern to me than tax selling.
