lol...big Mal said it would make things so much easier and simplify a complex taxation regime for the states!

First of all the State Governments will be rubbing their hands because they can create a whole new mega department to oversee the collection of the new tax...the unions will be all over it too, dozens more public servants, dozens more union members...yahoo, that will save the taxpayers a heap of money....not!
