What about the people who live in 1 state but work in another?

What about the Constitution that says that a subject of 1 state, shall be entitled to all benefits etc. of any resident in another state?

What about someone who works in 2 states during a tax year?

What about the tax return? If money is refunded would it come from the State or Federal govt?

This is a big steaming pile of sheet.
