not saying that I know much about the new super tax, but from korabs point of view it might be better to be three small companys that dont reach the threshold than staying as one bigger company!
as for the share price not being closer to 0.60 I guess there are plenty of reasons like, people panic and pull out their capital, people who bought a year ago might sell a bit and keep a bit, people who want immediate returns are not going to want to wait till after an agm that has not been set yet. there is a risk still of course that if stuff hits the fan then ipos might be held back.
personally I think korab are doing a great job, but then I bought in at 0.05 and 0.20 not at over 1.00 which was the pre gfc sp.
happy to hold one third of portfolio in korab as i think most holders are in for the longer term. just wish I had more money to pour into korab now.
