On the same page as Bubsmark. Can't believe the issue of the day is a tax write off. What I want to know is what is going on in regard to the money that was STOLEN from shareholders as a result of fabricated tales to the market, and the DECISION to NOT provide critical information to the market.

This really amounts to theft - hopefully ASIC are on the case, surely they have had time now to properly investigate the blatant corruption by those who knowingly sold shares that were likely to be worthless to the unsuspecting victims.

if ASIC prove the critics to be right and fail to prosecute the directors and institutions sullied in this quagmire then alternative action is needed. Has anyone had discussions with lawyers re a class action?
