    Very easy to understand and implicitly it makes a lot of sense. I hope you are right.

    Unfortunately my marginal tax rate is 46.5% well and truly. However as previously advised I have capital losses (who doesn't) and at least part of the distribution you would expect will have a CG component due to Shinjuku sale.
