Taxation issues, I think would have been the possible reason for the Switch in THR Holdings by a THR Director.
I think that the Company He has switched his Holdings into may have a better Taxation Position for Capital Gains in the plus Twelve Months Time Frame.
(example a 50% Discount on Capital Gains). '
