I put my shares in the drawer for years. Have been claiming all along that Yacov Geva is a thief who belongs in jail. At the time, I was muted by the fans but seems that now the argument has been settled (sorry to say that I was right). Long story short, I still have not received my NASDAQ shares and clearly have not sold any. Can someone help with guiding me how to claim my ASK shares and whether I can sell them for the tax loss?
