That's nonsense.
People who are able to minimise their tax because of how they choose to invest their money.
The 'poor' don't have any money to invest to be able generate tax from investments to minimise.
In fact the poor get lots of free advice on all the benefits they can claim from government agencies such as Centrelink.
Anyone who doesn't minimise their tax is just paying tax they don't have to ie choosing to pay more tax.
The problem isn't with individuals or organisations who minimise or avoid paying tax, it's the tax legislation.
ie blame the game don't blame the player.
