IMO it isn't a time to add shorts though.
When everyone has concluded the market is a bear it leaves very few sellers as all are positioned that way.
Some technicals (not all) are oversold and though we know that doesn't mean it has to bounce, its not a place I would be adding shorts.
A day after breakouts is when all get set and so it pretty much invites a minor reversal.
I am not a great fan of Dow Theory in general. Maybe it is the exceptions, but I have seen Dow Theory "confirmations" that were in fact the reversal point.
It does worry me somewhat that there are no bulls, but the majority is usually right in a 3rd leg and probably is where we're at.
