They will raise at a higher share price IMO, and the share price will respond well to gold news flow. Likely around 4-5c raise price in around 3 months as the news flow ramps up. Most of the deadwood and sell resistance has disappeared due to the inaction in the past few years, the share price should jump hard with less resistance now. Aud gold is still around $5000aud, not far off records, so I do not see any issues relating to that, just seems like gold bears trying to make it a bigger issue than it actually is.
Despite Trump undoing his tariff mistake to China and capitulating to them, we are still back to square one of the US v China economic war. China hold a huge number of US bonds and can destroy them when they deem fit. I gather they are still in resource accumulation mode and are holding off for now. Perhaps when they invade Taiwan (which they have planned for 2026) so there is less push back from USA.
