IMHO this is a pretty sober and sensible assessment of the business, and the target price of $0.25 is pretty fair based on the current state of the business and management's ongoing and uncanny ability to shoot themselves in the foot.
I will just have to sit around and wait for (at least) two consecutive years of trouble-free operations.....
