I do have the same reservations as well. The ramp up may not be as fast as we are anticipating. The reason lies with the Chinese, not EMC. I have seen cases where the Chinese would want a foreign co , say EMC, put the capital in, build factories etc, and then stall, hoping that the SME would fold into revised terms favouring the Chinese. I have also seen the Chinese reverse engineer and make attempts at copying the product even though they have drawn up distribution agreements.

EMC has to tread really carefully, yet forcefully. If this was Ross' first venture in China , I would be worried. But I think they are savvy enough to know where the minefields are.
