The South TBar POA AGM is sched for the end of June - with the South TBar POA Board meeting being ... well tomorrow.
Anyone know how this might work? Obviously the issue of Energy Mineral's 'Notice of intent' and documents relating to mineral rights issues will be discussed at these meetings.
Is it possible/probable that the South T-bar POA or the POA Board (or both) would have to agree/approve whatever it is that Energy Metals 'intends' to do? (Considering SouthT-bar own 51% mineral rights, 100% Surface rights)
