    TAYLOR RANCH URANIUM PROJECT

    Previous exploration undertaken during 1960’s and 1970’s Comprised wide-spaced reconnaissance drilling with >550 holes drilled on the Project

    Extensive mineralisation delineated At the Northwest Taylor Deposit exceptionally high-grade results returned included:

    0.3m at 3.767% U3O8 or 37,670 ppm

    0.6m at 0.95% U3O8 or 9,500 ppm

    0.6m at 0.829% U3O8 or 8,290 ppm

    0.45m at 0.536% U3O8 or 5,360 ppm

    0.45m at 0.519% U3O8 or 5,190 ppm

    1.95m at 0.284% U3O8 or 2,840 ppm

    0.75m at 0.318% U3O8 or 3,180 ppm

    0.75m at 0.313% U3O8 or 3,130 ppm


    DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY:-

    Compilation of historic data has commenced

    JORC-compliant resource for NW Taylor Deposit anticipated early 2007

    Extensive drilling programme to commence March 2007

    Will confirm all priority anomalies/deposits

    Will infill and test extensions of all deposits

    Discussions to utilise uranium mill in Canon City to be
    initiated

    Additional exploration/mining licenses to be secured

    Additional JORC-compliant resources throughout 2007

    Commence pre-feasibility study within 12 months

    If you missed it, the company has announced these are "exceptionally high-grade results" and an extensive drilling programme is to commence March 2007.

    Also they expect to commence pre-feasibility study within 12 months.

    It will be the early "UNHEDGED" new U308 producers which should benefit the most from current record level U308 prices:- and discussions to utilise uranium mill in Canon City are to be initiated
