If you look at Cotter's web site it states " Cotter's uranium holdings in Wyoming are the undeveloped Taylor's ranch deposits --Cotter owns 50 % ( with Comeco)

Is this the same Taylor's ranch as BLR have ? Am I dealing with an out of date web site ?

Do BLR have plans to use the Canon city uranium mill ?

If they build their own mill , what will it cost, will it be approved, and the cost should be amortized over the 8 year mine life--which will make a big hole in the $ 68m annual surplus ?
