@Newton999; you appear to unaware of what US bunker-busting bombs do to children's bodies and why death counts take more than a few minutes to complete.

There are also reports that many hundreds more Palestinian civilians were seriously injured / mutilated, some of who will progressively add to the horrific death toll due to the lack of access to medical services following IDF destruction of Palestinian hospitals, killing of medical staff and blockage of international aid supplies.
