In Taylor's DCF they assigned a 15% success rate to both trials which is very low. If you start to adjust this upwards to 25%, 50%, 75% etc you get a very different valuation! Assigning a 100% success rate would result in a portfolio total of around $500m! ($77m / 15% x 100%). Someone please check my figures.
