There's a TAZ "trading action zone" set up forming


TAZ requirements (can be found on Google)
10 day simple MA above the 30 day Expo MA with a price pull back into the zone between the MA's with a rising Simple 200 day MA  and it's suggested to have Williams % R passing up through 50 so PGM does qualify as a TAZ set up as seen here on this daily chart.
After the last annual running of the Bull (pray to your God its the last one)price has retraced to a double bottomed all about Fib 61.8% retracement, i recall reading somewhere a guy called Gann said the only valid double bottom is one contained in a reaction to a primary move.Speaking of Gann we may note another observation of 1 months time cycle from the peak at June 6th to July 7th.

Livermore may not necessarily be watching PGM (what normal person would)but give a chart with no name he would identify two points here on this chart one at 8.2c and the other at 14c and be observing those pivotal points for a lead in the flow of price.Being the ticket reader he was and having the love of a punt seeing an isolation form on the lower pivotal point with a secondary rally away from it of 10 -20% he would have had a partial probe buy today and then back into observation mode looking at 14c and then 18c for the last two buys.

I'm now of the opinion PGM has become a buy on TA only!!!!!!
