The first concern I have is when will the Kurdistan govt & Baghdad govt sign a legally binding agreement about oil revenues.
Secondly , are ewe alone in Kurdestan or are the big companies like Exxon, Statoil, shell, Chevron already there with established producing oil fields. Most of the big companies are working in the southern oil fields
of Iraq, especially China- & theyre not having any problems
worrying about legalities .
