Great assessment of what is probably going on.
I would note that if a market manipulator were also a dishonest poster, they would likely also attempt to draw readers attention to what they wanted to in the buy sell queues, trading patterns etc. Would explain incessant posting on such matters.

Time to say goodbye to a stock you do not like. I think I will could speak for management and the overwhelming majorty of fellow shareholders in saying "we do not need your type of trader on our share register". Go find something you like.
