who know's what they will do with the money - they definitely wont need 75 million for exploration etc.
if there recent track record is anything to go by then .40 cents may look cheap.
ie.
1. cambodia block b divestment
2. mos investment at 16.1 cents - now trading at 12.5 cents, they will be selling on market at a loss
3. 2-2 international wells plugged & abandoned - cost 12 million +
4. kurnia was supposed to be free carried but cost blowouts set the company back about 7 million.

one positive is oil reserves at all time high of approx 1.4m
