Plus as it has been drilled and produced, rushing into drilling may not be the most prudent way of obtaining the information required to put together a development plan.
I suspect seismic, reservoir studies and perhaps establishing additional nearby reserves would be the more prudent approach, and then getting a suitable rig slot is no trivial exercise. Getting govt approvals could also slow things.
I am glad that we do not have a bunch of gungho cowboys rushing around trying to run the show. Although I must admit to the bias of crediting our management and JV partners with more commonsense than some posters do.
