To me it sounded like they have a cash balance number they need to hit to get the funding moving which is very normal which was my guess for the CR. Looks like 3mil is not enough to get to that number so they will use the Top up to literally top up the cash balance to the required number.

Common lending practice tells us WKT will not get 100% project funding. I would think after the ML issue they have got to the serious side of funding talks and have been given the numbers that they need to come up with.

Happy or not with the process the CR and Top up is setting WKT on the path to final funding mix. With cash in the bank and others willing to put up for possible plant/capital costs I am confident of WKT getting all they need.

Hope some news pops up before vwap to give the SP a little boost in the mean time.
