Yep, probably spot on with 8-10c, chances are it won't rise in the vwap period and we'll be stuck at something not quite where we need for full funding.... then what? Why call a CR without just saying we'll issue x shares at y price anyway? The market has been manipulated to hell since long before I was born(1990), allowing the market to regulate itself is how the GFC happened, you can't help greed unless it's coated in copper.
