ok, the only real new bit in there is that they're trying to get another $6M on hand to access the right loans to get up and going. Given they can issue up to 67.5M shares, we could be issuing 60M if we hang around this 12c price. It didn't sound like there's much news coming to keep the price up from here; they need this money to finalise funding, so we won't see any funding announcement before this CR offer closes
