    I believe that announcement came out on May 30, 2011.

    Stirling have stated on this current T/H notice "First Exclusive HDA Platform Licensing for the pulmonary delivery of a major drug"

    An "Exclusive Agreement" to license Stirlings HDA technology for delivery of a "Major Drug", sounds like very big news imo.
