The WI is small with Abercrombie 1-10H but what interests me is the fact FPEC seem confident enough to want to participate into the project, (NO BUY BACK OPTION).

My understanding is FPEC have 90 days after the frac of Australia 11 to exercise their option to to a 33.34% backin right into the Roosevelt project. I don’t believe they can just buy into each well individually. There is no buy back option with the Abercrombie well, a straight forward JV with Continental.

"Samson and its partner FPEC have elected into a well being drilled by to the extent of a combined 1.125% equity. Of this, Samson would have a 2/3rds interest or 0.75%.The interest derives from leases that FPEC and Samson owns at the northern extent of Continental Resources’ spacing unit".


Also TB puts an IP of Australia 11 at 900 Barrels in the Enercom interview, now it may seem high but im pretty sure TB knows a bit more than most.
