    TBA advertises on Seek. Too little too late. El Niño weather forecast start September in NW QLD. TBA says, production start November. ( middle of the wet season) and 4 weeks to Xmas. $5m cash payment due be paid by TBA for purchase of Lorena project. 6 months from June 20th 2022. Due 20th December 2022. Great planning. Just saying !
