agree with you champ
but also RIO have taken a strategic position in EXT and KAH (so early RS stage unusual for RIO) to have higher % position in new KAH than URU for future TO or JV. They didn't have any other choice, if they want RS in the future. How we know Niger was another predator and this way RIO did shut them out from TO atm.
1 thing i know, doesn't matter how price will be next few month, 2009/10 should be good for EXT/KAH and i really don't want TO so soon until RS will be completed by KAH or JV KAH/RIO for our best interest!! or we will be still to cheap if TO happen earlier.
For me EXT is for bottom draw, because i feel safe in them and i can concentrate on my other trading now.
