well no existing holders would buy in the market and it's too risky for day traders to jump in now considering 200m+ shares are going to be issued. Good time for someone who wants a large portion of stock to buy in. The 40% premium to the issue price would tempt the instos to sell i guess. It's a ridiculous annualised return for them...
