Interim accounts aren't usually audited so if there any other further issues it's likely they won't be found until after year end around Aug time.
The share option issue is a matter of opinion rather than a failure of accounting standards, it's just rather embarrassing that a company that provides accounting services should have such a public disagreement with it's auditors.
