I'm interested in keeping track of companies looking to develop and commercialise a treatment for TBI. Will try to keep this thread updated.

Of course there is Nyrada (my pick) with a drug which readily crosses the BBB and a collaboration with Walter Reed (US DoD). IV and intranasal routes to be investigated. May have potential as a prophylactic also.

There is Incannex (ASX:IHL). Their IHL-216A is studying the combination of inhaled CBD and anesthetic (isoflourane). Early studies indicate synergy. Partnered with NFL (concussion study) and Monash. Due to aesthetic, surely can't be used as a prophylactic? Planning to move to a pivotal human trial (enough for registration) after NFL trial.

Potentially a future area of research for Neuroscientific Biopharmaceuticals (ASX:NSB). Very exciting company, but their focus is alzheimers and glaucoma.

Any others from around the world?
