    I use a particular method that is mine (that is, I have developed) on the Incredible Charts platform to analyse bond interest rate fluctuations then apply that to ETFs. Most EFTs traded in bonds aren't really good value IMHO so options are the easiest trading method for me.

    I am not a bond trader but occasionally I move into shorting certain bonds when it looks like I can pick a market move.

    Also a short on eurusd looks like a reasonable play. Once again I only enter a forex trade after extensive analysis and report reading.

    It's fun back testing trading patterns. You keep kicking yourself that you didn't buy a cfd if it was a win and then come to earth when you prove yourself wrong.

    I also read economic publications and market reports at least three hours a day.
