i bought tbr when it virtually first listed. information for small investors was limited to the bare basics.
all these years later nothing much has changed. only the most basic legally required facts are aired.
one cannot make any reasonable major investment decision with many "what ifs" in the air.
people have talked of potentional major dilution of minority shareholders etc.. but who knows
what is really been planned
it is like a veil of secrecy hangs over the stock.
