If Terry gets a share bonus of $12 million in the next couple of years from his share price being a 10 bagger on the current price, I am debt free and he will have earned every cent because I can then retire!!
I'd be just about 66 and thought I might have to work to 75 - so he's worth a lifetime of savings to me.
