    I have no problem with his remuneration, and as buc said, the last thing we want is some other company offering him a deal too good to refuse. This company's best asset is it's management team. We, as shareholders should reward them for their excellent work thus far. And the journey is just beginning. A billion dollar company........I like the sound of that.
