Question: I have not heard a great deal from the Company recently, can you tell me anything in relation to its current affairs, in particular the NSW court case against the PTTC.

We understand your concern but the fact is that apart from a substantial effort in preparing for the Court Proceedings.....including finalising witness statements and reviewing a massive number of hard copy and electronic documents...... not a lot has changed since last year.
As you know, as the matter is before the NSW Supreme Court, we are precluded from commenting on the merits or evidence in the case. Subject to that requirement, as Chairman I will update those who attend the Annual General Meeting on any general developments. We expect that the hearing will commence in the Supreme Court of NSW in early 2012.
