tcf - price setting period

You have questioned sharemadder with the following statement:

'The question is has the Funding Notice been sent by GDN to the Funding Provider. If it has not been sent - and it could only be sent after the acceptance by shareholders of Resolution 1 on Friday - then the price is still being set.'


As I have previously posted the price setting period finished on Friday 6th February. You are incorrect in assuming that the price is still being set!

It was set at average closing price of 5 day period PRIOR to Funding Notice Date. The first Funding Notice was issued by the company on the shareholder approval date.

I suggest you read the notice of general meeting Explanatory memorandum page 6 Paragraph 2 and 4... all this is clearly explained.
