It has been happening frequently and with fantastic confidence. Could only be a reflection of rife insider trading (or at least in inside information) - all the anonymity of the ASX particularly wrt shorts, derivative trading of CFDs, just a reflection of the mess that has been made of the capitalist system by a few people who think they devised a method to invest where they wouldn't be subjected to risk because they controlled the markets by TA and wouldn't lose to the constructive FA participants.
Sorry to hear of Ian's misfortune, it must have been hugely embarrasing.
