obviously fund managers don't go to work via city link...last time I checked there was a shit load of cars on it....hmmm maybe, it may have something to do with interest rate going up...but hang on aren't rates going up because of inflationary pressure...hmmm aren't the tolls linked to cpi...just doesn't make sense...
