Believe your calls are correct, the price of money is the issue here.
Any how I have a shit load (noticed your wording got through)of CEU and after adding more TCL today at these lows now a shit load of them.
Both are good divvies and a couple of defensive stocks in the current market cannot hurt anyone.
Very surprised if this goes much lower.
