TCL got a sweetheart deal from the Andrews government. Even your numpty mates in the liberal party are on record saying TCL is getting too much and Victorians are being screwed (which I agree with).
Coming back to your issue, it’s TCL’s problem with what to do with the soil. This is their project that they will make a fortune with. Andrews is standing firm that a contract is a contract and it’s TCL’s issue to deal with.
