An app would be great, no doubt for local drivers but from my experience entering the citylink roads on a roadtrip from Perth, the website - although ok - was fairly clunky to use on the go. After all, roads are all about being on the go .. plus with an app they can open up many other features that make transacting and using the toll roads a seamless experience. Imagine you just have the app installed, hooked up to paypal/credit card and simply drive on/drive off while the app communicates via GPS or even better Bluetooth/Wifi that you drove past checkpoint A and exited at checkpoint B. Done, money for jam!
