While I believe that the delist is not a good idea. if it's defeated next week it's hard to know if there would be an immediate SP increase. management would have to walk back the proposal and it creates a bit of uncertainty on their decision making. Would the buyback be cancelled as a result?
ultimately having buyer interest would help drive the SP.
your depth chart shows strong buyer interest and outstripping the number of shares being sought. however there is a large % gap between the price buyers are willing to pay versus what sellers expect.
