this request is under wrong thread but I can't seem to start a new thread... Am finally filling in form to transfer my old holdings from New York listing 18 months ago..

so Commsec International sent me a FORM and an example form... Which did not help one iota.

Their example form has all these questions that are marked ask COUNTERPARTY... Does anybody remember ringing New York to ask for details that any logical person would expect to be clearly marked on the paperwork received..

I have in my hand a DIRECT REGISTRATION BOOK ENTRY ADVICE issued by AMERICAN STOCL llc..

can anybody help me....
