    The service reality today:

    "HTTP/1.1 Server Too Busy"

    Their help desk response appears useless after emailing reporting difficulties:

    "Thank you for the following information.

    Your enquiry is important to us and we will endeavour to respond to you within two business days.
    TD Waterhouse
    Technical Support Request"

    Gee I feel like an important customer now.
